In order to get the most out of our focused time together, we kindly ask that you abide by the following:
Please arrive to class on time
Please turn your phones on silent until class is over
For your safety and the safety of your fellow students, please take at least 1 preferably 3 private lessons OR 5 non-equipment classes before joining a group class
Inclement weather – We typically follow Fayetteville school cancellations. However, please check your inbox, our website, or our Facebook page for the most accurate notifications
Cancellation Policy – We keep our classes small here so we can truly dedicate our time and attention to you. This means there is a limit to the clients we can take on. For that reason, we have a firm 12-hour cancellation policy for classes and a 24-hour cancellation policy for privates and duets. You can cancel any time using our online scheduler. If you cancel less than 12 or 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for the full amount of your class or appointment
Please book your appointment at least 2 hours in advance to allow us to prepare for your visit and give you the best experience possible
Thank you for taking your commitment to Pilates and your health seriously. In return, we will gladly and consistently give you our full focus, energy, and expertise during each minute you spend with us here at Connection Pilates and Fitness.
An agreement exists between You and Connection Pilates and Fitness LLC. Please read and agree below.

- No minimum commitment; two weeks notice to cancel
- $10 per month hold fee for vacation or illness
- Member appointments and discounts are for the member's use only
Contract Duration: Contract is in force for one month from the contract start date, with automatic renewal for subsequent months, unless canceled by either you or Connection Pilates and Fitness LLC, with written notification of 14 days in advance of the next billing date.
Automatic Renewal and Agreement to Pay Recurring Fees: You agree to pay Connection Pilates and Fitness LLC, monthly recurring fees via Client authorized automatic credit card. Payment in monthly increments by any means other than the Client's credit card is not permitted.
(a) I agree to purchase a membership that is an automatic charge to my credit card each month for a contract period of 1 month, with automatic renewal for subsequent months.
(b) I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit card detailed below.
(c) I understand that I will be notified if my credit card payment fails to authorize for any reason and that a $10 late fee will apply if I do not provide a valid credit card information within 10 calendar days of the original rejection date.
(d) I understand that my service will be deactivated if my account becomes more than 30 calendar days late.
(e) I understand that from time to time, Connection Pilates and Fitness LLC may increase this monthly fee and will notify me via in-studio signage and email with the email address that I have on file in my account with a minimum of two weeks' notice.
(f) I understand that there are no rollovers or extensions on these monthly autopay memberships. All classes must be used within the month-long membership cycle that has been pre-paid.
Cancellation: This autopay membership may be canceled at any time. To cancel, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org. Your written request to cancel your autopay membership must be received at least 14 days in advance of your billing date.
To HOLD your AutoPay: A request must be submitted in writing via email to email@example.com at least 14 days in advance of your next billing date in order to be effective for the following month. Your billing date is based on your activation date listed above. You may put your account on hold for a minimum of one month for a fee of $10/month. Following the end of your requested hold period, your monthly auto-renew will automatically be reactivated.
I authorize Connection Pilates and Fitness LLC. to charge my account at the following member discounted rates for any further drop-ins I attend beyond my specified membership allotment each month: 15% off the drop-in rate for members. I understand that all memberships and discounts associated with membership are for the member-only and cannot be shared. No rollover or extensions on any style of membership - no exceptions. Drop-ins purchased beyond monthly allotment expire 3 months after purchase.
