Beginner/Intermediate Equipment Classes will utilize the Reformers, Towers or Chairs – or possibly a combination of these apparatus. All group classes emphasize the foundational principles of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to meet each student’s individual needs. The exercises performed encourage full range of motion to increase flexibility while building strength and improving balance. Focusing on strength and flexibility, this class moves at a moderate pace and is for both new and well-experienced clients!
PHIT (Pilates High Intensity Training)
We combine equipment exercises with challenging combinations at a faster pace plus incorporate standing cardiovascular movement to bring the heart rate up. This is interval training, strength, cardio blasts, & that great Pilates stretch! *Must have at least 5 regular Pilates classes/sessions before participating.
Zoom Pilates/Mat Classes
These classes are the very foundation of Pilates. Just you, the mat, and gravity. We will add fun props to further enhance your training from time to time, but since all you really need is the ground beneath your feet, this is by far the most portable of all classes. Learn Mat Pilates and you can take it with you anywhere! Focus is on breath work, core activation and functional movement.
While we think Pilates is great to practice anytime, mindful, purposeful movement and exercise is especially important during times of stress. Pilates not only supports a healthy body but a healthy mind and spirit! Join us online for live Zoom classes to help bring you community while also keeping you accountable to your health from the safety of your home. Recorded classes being added as interest increases.
We will utilize the ballet barre (or dinning room chairs!), Oov, fitness balls, small balls, weights, foam rollers, magic circles, etc
Perfect for individuals who want or need to take a slower pace with milder exercises. We focus on mobilizing stiff joints, building strength amidst physical ailments, & making deep core connections that enable better function. This class is great for those new to Pilates, returning to Pilates after a long break, or anyone looking for a feel-good workout!

If you are new to Pilates this is by far the best way to get started and many people choose to continue their private lessons as part of their weekly schedule. In this comfortably personal setting you will work individually with one of our highly trained instructors who will assess your posture and movement, then tailor the lesson specifically to you. Whether you choose to make them a regular occurrence or an occasional treat in addition to your group classes, there is no doubt your improvement will accelerate more quickly when you add private Pilates lessons to your practice!
Pilates for Equestrians
All classes offered at the studio are available and beneficial to Equestrians. The key difference for the rider verses the non rider is relating the Pilates exercise being practiced to it's benefit for the rider. Prior to entering the studio classes, an Off-the Horse rider evaluation will be preformed to educate the rider on their body strengths and weakness, asymmetries and areas in need of training. The rider will then attend classes where the instructor will correlate the exercise to the riding.
