Michelle Meiklejohn
Michelle began her Pilates journey in 2007 after the birth of her 1st child.  While recovering from an emergency c-section and attempting to return to competitive Dressage riding, Pilates seemed the best choice and has continued to improve both her riding and her overall health.  While doing graduate work in Health and Exercise Science at the University of Oklahoma, Michelle took her Pilates study from personal to professional in 2014 ironically just after the birth of her 2nd child.
Michelle continued her Pilates education thru the Pilates Instructor Academy's 500 hour comprehensive teacher training program, which she completed in May of 2018.
Michelle believes that you can never stop learning and improving.  She is always looking to further her Pilates education for both her personal practice and for the benefit of her clients.  Her goal with her clients is to be fully present during each session, help them meet their personal goals and leave the studio feeling better than when they came in that day!
When not doing Pilates or riding her horses, you'll find Michelle spending time with her husband and their 2 children exploring local hiking and biking paths, watching movies or enjoying a good book!
